Refund & Rescheduling Policy

Effective Date: 08/27/26

At White Fire Healing, appointments are reserved specifically for each client. Because appointment times are set aside in advance, all payments are final and non-refundable.

We understand that plans and circumstances can change. If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, you may request to reschedule your appointment in accordance with the policy below.

1. No Refunds

All payments made for White Fire Healing services are non-refundable. Once an appointment has been booked and payment has been received, White Fire Healing does not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Failure to attend an appointment

• Forgetting an appointment

• Scheduling conflicts

• Personal circumstances

• Dissatisfaction with the nature or outcome of a session

• Any other reason, except where a refund is required by applicable law
  

2. Rescheduling

If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, you may request to reschedule your session.Please contact White Fire Healing as soon as possible if you know you will be unable to attend.Rescheduling is subject to appointment availability.Your original payment will be applied toward the rescheduled appointment and will not be refunded.

3. Missed Appointments / No-Shows

If you miss your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the payment will remain non-refundable.
White Fire Healing may allow you to reschedule your appointment, subject to availability. A no-show does not automatically guarantee that another appointment time will be available.

4. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to a virtual session, your session may still end at the originally scheduled time.If you are significantly late or unable to complete the session within the scheduled appointment time, White Fire Healing may treat the appointment as a missed appointment.

You may request to reschedule, subject to availability.

5. Technical Difficulties

If a technical issue on the part of White Fire Healing prevents the session from taking place, we will work with you to reschedule the appointment at no additional charge.

If technical difficulties are caused by the client's internet connection, device, software, or other circumstances outside of White Fire Healing's control, the appointment will remain subject to this Refund & Rescheduling Policy.

6. Practitioner Cancellation

If White Fire Healing needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be given the option to:

• Reschedule your appointment for another available time; or

• Receive a refund for the affected appointment.
  

7. Emergencies and Special Circumstances

White Fire Healing understands that unexpected emergencies and significant circumstances can occur.
At our discretion, we may make an exception to this policy and allow additional rescheduling opportunities when appropriate.Any exception made in one situation does not create an obligation to make the same exception in another situation.

8. Agreement to Policy

By booking an appointment with White Fire Healing, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Refund & Rescheduling Policy.

All payments are final and non-refundable. Rescheduling may be available when an appointment is missed or you are unable to attend, subject to availability and the terms of this policy.
