Welcome to White Fire Healing. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all clients who book or participate in virtual Reiki, spiritual wellness, spiritual consultation, or related services provided by White Fire Healing (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By booking or participating in a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. Nature of Services
White Fire Healing provides complementary spiritual and wellness services, which may include:

  • Virtual Reiki sessions

  • Energy-based wellness sessions

  • Spiritual consultation

  • Spiritual guidance and reflection

  • Saib Yaig or other traditional spiritual consultation, where offered

  • Other spiritual or wellness services described on our website

These services are intended to support personal reflection, relaxation, spiritual exploration, and overall well-being.

Our services are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other licensed healthcare services. White Fire Healing does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent physical or mental health conditions.

2. No Substitute for Professional Care
Reiki and spiritual services are not a substitute for medical care, mental-health treatment, emergency services, or advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
You should continue working with your physician, therapist, or other qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical or mental-health concerns.You should not delay, discontinue, or change prescribed medical or mental-health treatment based on information received during a session with White Fire Healing. If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, please contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource rather than booking or relying on a session with White Fire Healing.

3. Client Choice and Personal Responsibility
Participation in White Fire Healing services is voluntary. You are responsible for determining whether a service is appropriate for you and for making your own decisions regarding your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. Spiritual experiences, interpretations, intuitive impressions, or information shared during a session are not guarantees of future events or outcomes.You acknowledge that individual experiences and results may vary and that White Fire Healing does not promise or guarantee any specific outcome.

4. Virtual Sessions
Virtual sessions are conducted through the online platform identified at the time of booking.Because sessions are conducted remotely, White Fire Healing cannot guarantee uninterrupted internet, audio, video, or platform connectivity.You are responsible for having a private and reasonably quiet environment and a reliable internet connection for your session.White Fire Healing may recommend that you pause or end a session if circumstances arise that make continuing inappropriate or unsafe.

5. Appointments and Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be scheduled through the designated White Fire Healing booking system.If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least [24/48] hours' notice.

Cancellations made with less than [24/48] hours' notice may be subject to [a loss of deposit / no refund] with an opportunity to reschedule if asked within the week of.

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment, the appointment may be considered a no-show and may be subject to the same policy.

White Fire Healing understands that emergencies and unexpected circumstances occur and may make reasonable exceptions at its discretion.

6. Payments and Refunds
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.Prices for services are displayed on the White Fire Healing website or booking page and may be changed at any time. Changes in pricing will not affect appointments that have already been confirmed.Unless otherwise stated, completed sessions are non-refundable.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents a session from being completed, please contact White Fire Healing so that an appropriate resolution can be determined.

7. Confidentiality and Privacy
White Fire Healing respects the privacy of its clients.Information you voluntarily provide during an intake form or session will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. However, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in situations where disclosure is required by law or where necessary to address an immediate safety concern.

You are responsible for participating in virtual sessions from a private location if you wish to maintain privacy on your end.

8. Personal Information and Session Notes
White Fire Healing may collect information necessary to schedule and provide services, communicate with you, process payments, and improve our services. If White Fire Healing maintains session notes, they will be used for purposes related to providing and managing our services and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Please do not provide information that is not necessary for the service.

9. Spiritual Guidance and Interpretations
Some White Fire Healing services may involve spiritual guidance, intuitive impressions, symbolic interpretations, traditional spiritual practices, or discussion of personal experiences.
Information provided during these services represents spiritual or personal guidance and should not be interpreted as a factual prediction, professional diagnosis, or guaranteed outcome.

White Fire Healing is committed to providing a respectful environment for all clients.We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services when a client engages in harassment, threats, abusive behavior, discrimination, inappropriate conduct, or other behavior that interferes with the safety or well-being of the practitioner or others.

11. Practitioner Boundaries
White Fire Healing services are professional wellness and spiritual services.They do not create a medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or other professional relationship unless explicitly stated and legally authorized.Clients are expected to maintain appropriate professional boundaries during all communications and sessions.

12. Minors
Services for individuals under the age of 18 require prior verbal consent from a parent or legal guardian.White Fire Healing reserves the right to establish additional requirements for services involving minors.

13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, White Fire Healing and its practitioners are not responsible for decisions, actions, outcomes, losses, or consequences resulting from a client's interpretation or use of information provided during a session.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. Changes to These Terms
White Fire Healing may update these Terms from time to time.The most current version will be posted on our website with the applicable effective date.Your continued use of our services after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
