Reiki

Trained by Nancy Xiong, HonoBono Healing

The word Reiki is often translated as “universal life energy.” Reiki taps into the universal life force energy to offer healing where it is needed. Naturally, the body is always communicating with us. Like an everchanging force, the energy will let us know what to work on.

I provide a distance reiki (remote) and in-person (if requested).

Every day life can cause your energy centers to misalign. Some events may be more traumatic than others for example, losing a loved one, break ups, accidents etc.,.When this occurs you may not feel like your normal self. Using reiki, I'll determine where and why there is imbalances in your energy field. That may be verbal, and/or physical releases for impacted energy centers often called charkas. Chakras provide a framework to interpret the information I receive.

Reiki is not meant to be a healing that is dependent on, rather it sheds off unnecessary layers so you can be your authentic self.

During a Reiki session I may introduce gentle touch or working with my hands just above the body to support relaxation, balance, and healing. Your eyes will be closed and you choose to sit or lay down to begin. I'll sweep and recycle energy that doesn't belong to cleanse your body and energetic field.

Every session I'll call upon my qhuas, Yum Vaj Neeb, and your spiritual guides to ensure you have a personalized session. What is needed to come through will be communicated. At the end we'll conclude the session and summarize what we experienced.
